OOAK artisan Chess set. An early production by artist Andrzej Nowakowscy of Warsaw Poland in the early 1970s. The two camps represent Medieval-Viking figures. One side in copper, the other side in brass. Each piece is made of Brass and Copper and elaborated in detail with decorative materials as needed. The pieces are unique, whimsical, rich with expression and no two are alike, all handmade. 2022. Sold. |
